What we collect
OneAklan collects the minimum information needed to operate this product-discovery site: inquiry form details you submit (name, email, phone, company, message), and aggregate, non-identifying usage signals such as outbound clicks to our marketplace stores. We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
Inquiry details are used only to respond to your request and, for wholesale or partnership inquiries, to connect you with a suitable supplier. Click data is used in aggregate to understand which products people find interesting. Purchases are completed on Shopee or TikTok Shop under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, then deleted or anonymized.
